Services

Diamond Soundsystem offers a versatile repertoire ranging from elegant lounge and dinner music to high-energy party sets and spectacular live show performances. Our style blends pop, soul, funk, R&B and electronic elements to create a unique and dynamic musical experience.

We perform at a wide range of events including corporate functions, dinners, product launches and select private celebrations. Our aim is to enrich each event with customized music and performance that suits the occasion.

Our core corporate band consists of six artists: drums, bass, guitar, keys and at least two vocalists. Typically, a DJ is also included to provide smooth transitions and modern club vibes. Depending on the event format, budget and show concept, the lineup can be flexibly expanded with additional vocalists, horn sections or other performers.

A standard party band set runs for at least 120 minutes and can be split into two 60-minute sets. A third performance slot can be added upon request. All other musical setups are flexible and tailored to fit the schedule and flow of your event.

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate musical preferences and song requests. For songs outside of our repertoire that require special preparation, we charge an additional fee for arrangement and rehearsal.

Based in Frankfurt, we perform both across Germany and internationally. In recent years, we’ve played in cities like Amsterdam, Prague, Budapest and Stockholm for renowned clients from business, industry and the creative sector. Our experienced team and professional logistics allow us to deliver top-level performances throughout Europe.

We always tailor the band lineup to match your event and the overall music concept, focusing on style, flow and quality. If there’s a particular vocalist you’re interested in, feel free to let us know. We’ll check availability and do our best to accommodate your request. Final confirmation depends on internal scheduling and show requirements.

Technical & Organizational

We bring our full backline (instruments and essential gear) to every event. Sound and lighting equipment as per our technical rider can either be provided by us or, by prior agreement, supplied by the venue. We’ll clarify the best option with you during the planning phase.

Setup and soundcheck are handled by our experienced team with precision and efficiency. We typically schedule soundcheck 2 to 3 hours before the event begins. Exact timing will be coordinated with you and the on-site tech crew to ensure smooth execution and optimal sound quality.

Stage requirements vary depending on the lineup and setup. For our standard configuration (4 musicians, 2 vocalists, and 1 DJ), we recommend a minimum stage area of 24 sqm (e.g., 6 m x 4 m) to ensure enough room for performance and technical equipment.

We require a backstage area (ideally lockable and heated) close to the stage, where artists can change and prepare. Artist catering should include snacks, non-alcoholic drinks and one hot meal per person based on the length of our stay. All further requirements (e.g., parking, power connections, hotel accommodation for longer distances) are outlined in our technical rider, which we’ll share in advance. We’re happy to review all details with you during planning.

Yes – we take care of the full coordination around the band: from travel planning and optional hotel bookings to stage timing and show flow. An experienced band manager will be on-site to serve as your point of contact and ensure everything runs smoothly. That way, you can focus on your event – and we’ll handle the rest.

Our musicians and team typically travel from the Cologne area. Travel costs are calculated individually based on the event location and shared transparently with the initial quote. Hotel stays may be required depending on the distance, event duration and timing. We’ll determine this in advance and factor it into the planning and pricing so you always have a clear overview with no surprises.
